10 March 2012 - ISO9001 process starts at CMT-UK: We have begun implementing changes to our systems and procedures preparatory to obtaining independent quality certification to ISO9001 standards. This process is a critical part of our ongoing transformation and will see the appointment of one new highly skilled associate each to oversee our Systems Quality and Partner Engagement activities. Clients can be assured of our commitment to continuous quality improvement across the entire spectrum (client-facing and back-office) sections of our work. It is anticipated that this process will be completed by 29 June 2012.
